Dobro ih osu\u0161ite kuhinjskim papirom, zatim ih za\u010dinite solju i paprom te nakapajte limunovim sokom. Oguljeni krumpir nare\u017eite na tanke plo\u0161ke. Sitno nasjeckajte \u010de\u0161njak i per\u0161in. U prikladnu zdjelu nalijte polovicu maslinovog ulja. Na njega u slojevima naizmjence slo\u017eite najprije krumpir, a potom i riblje filete, dok ne utro\u0161ite sve sastojke paze\u0107i da slijed zavr\u0161ite krumpirom. Negdje usred slaganja jelo pospite solju i paprom, kru\u0161nim mrvicama, sjeckanim \u010de\u0161njakom i per\u0161inom. Povrh svega nalijte preostalo maslinovo ulje i vino te dolijte toliko vode da se njezina razina tek poka\u017ee pod posljednjim, zavr\u0161nim slojem krumpira. Jelo kuhajte poklopljeno na umjerenoj vatri i uz povremeno protresanje posude dok krumpir ne omek\u0161a.
