Dodamo 1 jaje i kiselo vrhnje, te pomo\u0107u bra\u0161na umjesimo tijesto.<br \/>\nOhladimo 30min u fri\u017ederu. Razvaljamo donju koru na 2cm, te stavljamo nadjev od jabuka koji smo ohladili. Od ostatka tijesta napravimo re\u0161etku za gornji dio torte i prema\u017eemo razmu\u0107enim jajem. pe\u010demo 30min na 170C<\/p>\n<p>Nadjev:<br \/>\n1,5kg jabuka crvenih<br \/>\n200g kristal \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n2g cimeta<br \/>\n50g vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n20g limun korice<br \/>\n80g mljevenih badema<br \/>\n50g margarina<\/p>\n<p>Margarin rastopimo i dodamo 1 \u017elicu \u0161e\u0107era. Kad \u0161e\u0107er dobije zlatnu boju stavimo jabuke oguljene i narezane na listi\u0107e debljine 0,5cm<br \/>\n. Dodamo ostale sastojke osim badema. Pirjamo jabuke dok ne omek\u0161aju.
