Vratina i koteleti za \u0161krinju, a ple\u0107ke za kobasice.<\/p>\n<p>Mast: Dodati mlijeko na po\u010detku, \u010dim se krene topit!<\/p>\n<p>Tla\u010denica: 6.8 kg mesa (glava, srce, jezik i malo ko\u017ea). 2,5 % soli (170 g), 0,5 % papra (34g), 10 g ljute paprike, 14 g slatke paprike, ove godine zaboravili \u010de\u0161njak u vinu (2017 smo ga stavili).<\/p>\n<p>Kobasice: 2 ple\u0107ke i obresci. 26,6 kg mesa. 4,6 kg odvojili za \u0161krinju, ostalo 22 kg mase za kobasice.<br \/>\nu 22 kg dodali 528 g soli (2,4 %) prvi dan.<br \/>\nDrugi dan dodali :42 g papra, 2,5 \u017elice \u0161e\u0107era, 1 \u017elicu ljute paprike (sve su pune ju\u0161ne \u017elice), \u010de\u0161njak u vinu.<br \/>\nOdvojili 6 kg mesa za debele kobasice.<br \/>\nU 6 kg mesa dodali 1.5 \u017elicu ljute paprike i 1.5 \u017elicu slatke paprike.<br \/>\nOd 16 kg mesa i 20 m crijeva (32-38) dobili xxx par kobasice. Ostalo malo smjese koju smo dodali u debele kobasice.<br \/>\nOd 6 kg dobili 5 kobasica (fi 55). Ostalo 1 kg smjese.
