Bunceke u \u0161krinju za pe\u0107 ili kuhat.<br \/>\n30 kg za kobasice + 4 kg za \u0161krinju mljeveno (8 paketa po 0,5 kg)<\/p>\n<p>Kobasice: 2 ple\u0107ke i obresci. 30 kg mesa.Prvi dan u narezano meso na trakice dodali 700 g soli i promije\u0161ali (2,3 %).<br \/>\nDrugi dan dodali 57 g papra, 1,5 ju\u0161ne \u017elice ljute paprike (slatku nismo stavljali ove godine), 3,5 \u017elice \u0161e\u0107era i \u010de\u0161njak u vinu (3 dl i 1,5 glavice \u010de\u0161njaka).<br \/>\nZa debele kobasice odvojili 6 kg i dodali jo\u0161 2 ju\u0161ne \u017elice ljute paprike i malo papra. Nismo dodali slatku papriku. Od 6 kg dobili 6 kobasica fi 55.<br \/>\nPotro\u0161ili 1 paket 32-35 mm, 1 paket 35-38 mm i jo\u0161 malo iz paketa 35-38 mm.
